Please Bring Your Own Mat if you have one. We do have equipment to share as well!

IN STUDIO Classes - We love that our students register for class so we know who to expect. We use the MindBody app for registrations. Walk-Ins are always welcome.

ONLINE Classes - Registration is required in order to attended online classes. Our staff will send you the Zoom link 15-20 minutes prior to class via email. If you are unable to register online, please call us at 715-309-4335 and we will register you prior to class.
